Her career has moved across construction and product roles — from Junior Project Engineer and Junior Structural Engineer to Junior Product Manager — before pivoting into Copywriting and Technical Communication for engineering and infrastructure clients.

In recent years she has taken on the role of AI Specialist and Generative AI Lecturer, designing and delivering corporate training programmes that take teams from initial scepticism to measurable adoption. She works hands-on with engineers, marketing teams and educators, focused on practical workshops and a concrete deliverable at every step.

In parallel, she leads content strategy and editorial direction for AEC companies, blending technical rigour with brand-identity and copywriting work that turns engineering substance into clear, market-ready communication.

Her goal is to make AI a usable, methodical tool for the Italian AEC sector — connecting technical rigour with the plain language and measurable outcomes that decision-makers can act on.

BIM expert and automation specialist with a deep background in Architecture, Engineering and Construction workflows, he serves as Co-Founder & CEO of Sylogico, focused on turning repetitive manual processes into intelligent, automated systems.

He has worked across the full BIM stack — from Technical Drafter to multi-discipline BIM Coordinator — building and orchestrating custom automation for Data Centre, Industrial and Residential projects, as well as E-Mobility and Telecom 5G infrastructure deployments.

His technical work spans Revit API and scripting in Python and C#, Dynamo development with custom nodes, n8n workflow automation, and ACC API integration with the wider Autodesk Construction Cloud — delivered as production-ready solutions tested with the teams that use them every day.

In recent years he has taken on AI-driven process optimisation, designing automations that combine BIM, agents and large-language-model workflows to compress entire phases of the engineering and construction process.

His goal is to give AEC studios and contractors a real production edge — practical automation that survives the site, scales across projects, and is handed back to teams as documented, maintainable workflows.

With over 20 years in the field of Information Technology, he serves as Fractional CTO for the company, with a strong technological and strategic background in the design and development of digital products and services.

He has worked across the full spectrum of software development, from Junior to Senior Backend and Frontend Developer roles, actively contributing to the design, architecture, and implementation of web applications and scalable digital platforms.

In addition, his background includes Web Design, UX/UI Design, and Graphic Design, offering a holistic approach to creating modern digital experiences.

In recent years, he has taken on roles such as Digital Architect, Software Engineer, and Senior Team Lead, with a focus on technology strategy, team leadership, and the optimization of product development processes. He has also worked as a Technology Consultant, helping businesses structure their technological direction and implement efficient solutions with real business impact.

In parallel, he is actively involved in custom AI integrations and AI implementations, designing and integrating artificial intelligence solutions tailored to the needs of each business.
